At All Nepal Trade Center, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our refund and return policy lasts 7–14 days from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags and accessories.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or digital usage reasons. These include:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Food or perishable items

  • Items marked as final sale


Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with visible signs of use

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Products damaged after delivery by the customer

  • Items returned after the allowed return period


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method (bank transfer, mobile wallet, card, etc.).

  • The amount will be credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment wallet again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@allnepaltradecenter.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at:

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please send it to the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable courier service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
